Alexandra Heinrich
I have worked with Alex since the beginning of Providence Park opening. She was a newer nurse, nervous to start in the ICU after having a step-down background. Since that time, I have watched her blossom into an amazing ICU RN. She jumps on any opportunity to grow and learn. She always is available to help her coworkers, often taking on an extra patient to help her peers. Time after time family members give compliments, cards, hugs, etc. after they have worked with her.
