Andrea has been a continual help, support, & encouragement to my daughter & I in caring for the special needs of my EB (epidermolysis bullosa) grandson. Besides her focused training of us & her inventive ideas on improving dressings & other care, Andrea has been a good friend- approachable, genuine, fun to be with & someone we knew we could count on, not to mention her having the confidence to give us pointers on emotional matters that helped raise the standard of our own care of my grandson.For example, the need to focus more on the procedure of dressing changes, & less on coddling him, to get it over with sooner.

We are very grateful for the privilege of having Andrea as his primary caregiver, to have been trained in his care by her, & to have enjoyed her friendship & teamwork. We are confident Andrea will excel in any effort she applies herself to in her medical profession, & thereby be a wonderful asset, help & encouragement to many others.
