Ann Fourman

Ann Fourman graduated from the Borough of Manhattan Community College. She has been a Registered Professional Nurse for eleven years. Ann started her nursing career as a staff nurse in the surgical unit and later transferred to the medicine unit. She has been on the medical unit for nine years and has been the Head Nurse for seven of those years. Ms. Fourman has transformed her unit to “the medical unit of choice” at Harlem Hospital Center.

Through the years she has made exceptional contributions to the nursing department and also to the community. She is a caring compassionate nurse who consistently advocates for her patients and exemplifies professionalism and leadership skills in all of her daily interactions with patients and staff. Ms. Fourman is a role model who quietly achieves excellent outcomes. She is a mentor who willingly shares her knowledge with her peers.

Ann Fourman is a valuable asset to the nursing profession who continually demonstrates team spirit and commitment.
