Anna Tuchfarber

I would like to nominate Anna for the DAISY Award because she is such a valuable member of our Endoscopy team.  We have 3 different areas to our department in which she works.  She is very efficient and knowledgeable in all of those areas.

          While working in preop she explains the procedures thoroughly to each and every patient and family and makes them feel very comfortable and calm and at ease.  She makes every patient feel like family.

          In working in the procedure rooms, she is one of our experts.  We recently added a new procedure to our unit and she has become our “go to” person.  She is very thorough and very efficient with all of our varied procedures.

          When she’s in recovery, she makes sure the patients are safe.  She treats both patients and their families with care and concern.

          In general, Anna is a very dedicated, caring and compassionate nurse.  She recently celebrated 30 years with TriHealth.  She makes excellent decisions in all aspects of our unit.  There are too many examples of her attributes to list but she is very deserving of the DAISY Award.
