Arnoldo Gonzalez

Arnoldo’s care and compassion is shown on a daily basis. Some of the staff comments are as follows:

Arnoldo exemplifies the mission statement of Florida Hospital to “Deliver the healing ministry of Christ”. He is very kind, healing and compassionate with our patient’s. His gentle ways calm the nerves and alleviate their fears during a difficult time.  Many of our patients request Arnoldo to be their nurse.

Arnoldo is consistent with exceptional nursing care and teamwork. Whenever there is a need to help others on his team he is always there with open arms. His attitude is always positive and uplifting. I could not think of a better person to work beside.

A recent letter was received by the daughter of a patient that received care in the Infusion and Observation Center: "My mother was diagnosed with vaginal cancer two Years ago. Throughout her ordeal we have been helped by many of the nursing staff who all were great but Arnoldo was extraordinary. Arnoldo is friendly, caring, efficient, compassionate, and a competent professional who represents your organization exceptionally. You can be very proud to have staff members who serve your fourth floor patients so completely. It is truly reassuring to encounter such compassion while going through such a terrifying life event. I am happy to say that the care my mother received made my mother’s journey much easier".

Arnoldo not only receives compliments from the patients but also from other hospital departments such as case management. Arnoldo was very helpful with two recent IOC patient discharges. He had all of the needed information to facilitate homecare for two patient discharges. He is well informed, helpful, a professional and a joy to work with.
