Aurea Holgado
This nomination is to commend Aurea (Oya) Holgado for administering chemotherapy to a 5-day old infant in the NICU. She stood up and exhibited her professional commitment and compassion and delivered the care and treatment ordered. Aurea has further shown total nursing dedication by volunteering her services to the subsequent chemotherapy treatments the infant will be needing. She is truly the Nurse who exemplifies Kaiser's nursing philosophy of "Extraordinary Nursing Care, Every Patient, Every Time".
