Becky Culver

Here is what employee, Shelly A., had to say about Becky:

“My brother was a patient on F8 multiple times; he had Cystic Fibrosis and died at the age of 39.  Becky was more than just a nurse to John.  I was never uneasy or uncomfortable when I knew John had Becky as his nurse, or even if she was CDF (Care Delivery Facilitator) for the whole unit.  Becky had expertise and showed it in all the care she provided John.  She took the time to treat John extra special because she knew he liked things certain ways.  She always made sure he was cared for with the best care possible.  John was an isolation patient and some people had to “stay out” of those rooms, but Becky became a friend to John.  Anytime they ordered food to be delivered from area restaurants, she always took the time to ask John if he would like to order as well.  He was a very picky eater and hospital food got old as much as he was there.

Even when she wasn’t his nurse, she would come check on him and my mom.  She became a friend to John and an awesome caregiver.  He was always relieved to see Becky walk in the room.  He knew without a doubt that his night would be filled with professionalism, excellence, and friendship.
