Belinda Aspacio

The Kaiser Richmond 2010 Quarter 4 Recipient has been awarded to Belinda Aspacio, RN III.

Belinda is a Staff Nurse III on 3North/Medical-Surgical Unit. Belinda exudes leadership qualities which was/is evidenced by her promotion to Staff Nurse III earlier this year. She has been a vital part the Kaiser Permanente family for over five years. She continues to serve on various committees such as GRASP and Workplace Safety. Belinda is also frequently utilized as preceptor for newly on boarding staff nurses. One co-worker stated, "Belinda is a very good RN, both as a team leader and a co-worker. She always lends/offers help to others, attends quickly to the needs of her patients and has a good relationship with her co-workers. When takes the role of break nurse, the unit is tidy and everything in order. She is a role-model everyday."

While reviewing Belinda's nominations, one of her patients stated, "Belinda is very compassionate and she does her job with a smile and in a caring manner. She has lots of patients, yet each one is special. Gave me a wonderful bath. She is a "10".
