Bethany Condra

I am a social worker in the Cancer Center at Memorial. I met with a patient recently that shared her compassion story with me about Bethany Condra on 400 East.

This patient had been experiencing severe nausea and was emotionally overwhelmed by her illness. She told me that Bethany, her nurse, sat with her and held her hand while she was going through the worst part of her cancer treatment. She also described Bethany as gentle and caring and stated that this helped her get through this experience. This patient stated that she felt very cared for and supported by Bethany through her cancer treatment and was so very grateful.
