Carly Lynch

Carly Lynch is a nurse in the North Crest Team and was nominated by her coworker who wrote about Carly that:

‘I started working for SLAM in January of this year. On commencing my post I had been out of the NHS for over 6 months. I was a bit apprehensive and nervous about starting in a new team. Since starting i have received a tremendous amount of support from Carly, who welcomed me into the team, as well as help me to come to terms with the day to day requirements of the job. To me Carly has been not only supportive, but a role model. Her dedication, willingness and passion for her job has prompted me to reflect on my own practice and has given me inspiration to become a better nurse. Carly’s caring natured and dedication often sees her working well beyond the requirements of a normal shift.   I feel that if we all shared Carly’s compassion, dedication and work ethic our teams, work areas and clients would be safer, brighter and happier’.
