Carmen Raschka
During an extremely trying time for our family, Carmen was not only professional but she was also empathetic to our family's needs. Although her shift was ending, she took extra time to explain the process of care being given to our mother. Our family felt reassured and confident in every decision we made thereafter. In my opinion, Carmen is an excellent nurse but, more importantly, an empathetic person who is a tremendous asset to St. Luke's Hospital.
