Winnie is a skilled ED nurse whose kind, quiet manner and dedication to her patients and to the team provide ED nurses with a strong role model.  Her knowledge, skill and professionalism and her willingness to always help when needed make it a pleasure to work with her.  With patients, she is always one step ahead of their needs.  One of Winnie’s most impressive traits is her acceptance of all patients as being in need of her help.  No matter how cranky, demanding or poorly behaved a patient is, she approaches each one with a calm, kind voice and a smile.  Winnie is the type of nurse I would want to care for my family in event of an emergency. It is an honor to work with her.
