Chris was nominated by a co-worker: Just some positive feedback from the ER to floor process. I was sent a pt from Chris Wood RN and not only did he send the pt with a good IV, he did an excellent report and provided the necessary information which allowed me to go ahead and get ready for the pt. Home meds were discussed as well as surgeries and other important information. I appreciate Chris and the professional report and time he took to give me the needed information. WOW WOW WOW from me.
