Cindy Landers

Cindy  is our charge nurse and she keeps this unit running smoothly and efficient.  She is fair to the staff, and tries to help wherever she is needed.  She does this with a great attitude. As a RN, she is the best!  I have watched her with her patients and their family and I am very impressed.  She takes her time with the patient. She explains what she is doing, answers their questions, and is always compassionate.  She listens to them and does whatever is needed to make them comfortable.  She has a great respect for her patients and their care.  She works closely with the doctors to make sure the patient is cared for properly.  She has phoned family members with patient’s concerns and comforted them when they are afraid. She has walked with patients, ran after them when they forgot something, and prayed with them.  She remains calm in ALL instances.  She gets her work done quickly, accurately, and lovingly.  She always follows up with her patients once they leave the unit.  She is one of the most caring nurses I know.
