My father was schedule for surgery in mid June, the first surgery in his lifetime at the age of 80. He was terrified and convinced he would not see his family again. Cindy greeted my father and his family in POCU. She made immediate arrangements for a Pastor to visit with my father to address his emotional needs. When she noticed my father starting to cry, she immediately offered significant words of encouragement. Cindy's genuine approach and compassion comforted my father. She visited him several times during his recovery. Cindy was my Dad's gaurdian angel in his time of need. Our family will never forget her compassion.
