Daisy Otto

We were having lunch when we heard a basement ART call overheard.  We went downstairs with the ART cart to find out what happened.  When we arrived Daisy was already there caring for the patient.  The patient needed to be transported to the ER so we followed along and carried the supplies while Daisy rendered treatment to the patient and reassuring her.  After the patient safely arrived to the ER, the three of us walked back to the clinic and while walking I asked Daisy what happened.  She stated that she was eating lunch when she heard the ART call.  She was concerned that it could have been one of her co-workers that needed help so she came down to see what she could do. Daisy went above and beyond her duty. She came off of lunch to assist her team in providing care to the patient in need.
