Debbie Cronin

I believe Debbie Cronin exemplifies the very meaning of empathy, kindness, extraordinary care, her upbeat personality.  In 2007 & 2008 my father was a patient at St. Peter’s.  She made him smile and made sure he was comfortable, took exceptional care of him.  Not only did she take care of my father, she made sure the family was comfortable and was kept informed.  She was so caring and genuinely concerned about my father.  My father did pass away but what a wonderful nurse and just a caring human being.  In 2008 our grandson was born.  During birth there were complications and he was in the neonatal ICU.  Once again, Debbie Cronin was there to provide us with information and updates on our grandson’s condition.  She showed so much compassion for our family.  It helped ease our concerns.  Debbie deserves this award and so much more.  What a wonderful person and exceptional representative of St. Peter’s Hospital.
