Debbie Duncan
Debbie has been at UMC longer than any nurse on our floor. She handles numerous day to day situations when we have no idea who to call or who we even need to speak to. She goes the extra mile to encourage new employees to be the best nurse they can be, including 1:1 education whenever there is a need. She is a huge asset to our team.
