You may walk by a patient room and find her at a patient’s bedside each and every day, maintaining a professional demeanor, spreading comfort and cheer to all with whom she comes in contact. Two of my family members received surgery at Warren Memorial Hospital this past year, Debbie by chance was the nurse caring for both of them. They stated they received the utmost care and consideration while being treated with dignity and respect. They have a high regard for Warren Memorial Hospital and their nurse Debbie, whom they stated made the difference for their visit. Debbie Aretz is very deserving of the DAISY Award as she exemplifies the definition of a true nurse, she is an asset to the nursing profession.”
