In February I was a patient in the cardiac cath lab and naturally I was very apprehensive about the catheterization procedure. Debbie was working in the lab with Kriss Jones. Debbie did not leave my side through out the whole procedure. She stood right next to my head. She kept asking me to rate my pain and gave me medication as needed. I was very impressed with the compassionate care I received. I was comforted by the fact that she was my advocate. She was not going to let anything bad happen to me. She worked collaboratively with her partner Kriss Jones. Words just don't do justice to how this made me feel as a patient. A few weeks after this, my husband had a similar procedure in the cath lab and as soon as I knew Debbie & Kriss were going to care for him, I knew I didn't have to worry. He was equally impressed.
