Denise Roberts-White

Denise has been nominated several years in a row now as the unit’s Role Model by her co-workers. She takes time with each of her patients to give that extra bit of personal care – a back rub, fix up their hair, personal hygiene, spiritual healing and more. Her fast assessment skills and follow through has intervened for our patients when over looked by others. She has saved patients’ lives. She is a mentor to others on the floor with her years of experience and always has a positive attitude no matter what the day holds. She encourages others on the floor and provides teaching to family as well as patients. She is a precious jewel unlike any other.
