Ebere Epeagba

Ebere was nominated by two Patient/Families:

Because of the length of our stay, we had an opportunity to receive services from Ebere as both a nurse and as a Charge Nurse. Although we found her to be a thorough, caring nurse, it was as a Charge Nurse that Ebere’s sensitivity to patient needs, assessment of the nurses’ skills and personalities, and her ability to pair the two observations so that the patient would feel secure and contented that was most helpful to us. After making the assignments of nurses to patients, she follows up to be sure that the needs of the patient are being met. What an awesome nurse.

Despite being Charge Nurse, Ebere took the time to come in regularly and check on my husband. She is a very compassionate nurse, and she has a very professional but calming style. A thanks isn’t enough.  She is our hero!
