Eleanor Dela Pena

Eleanor consistently provides excellent care to her patients.  She constantly strives to make sure her patients are properly assessed and evaluated when admitted and that they are comfortable and satisfied.  She takes the time to reassure family members who visit or stay and is always available to answer questions.  Eleanor has also been very helpful to me in learning different techniques that will help me work more efficiently and effectively and is there to answer my questions.  To top it off, I have never heard Eleanor ever complain about all that she has to get done and she maintains a positive attitude even when some shifts may be overwhelming.  She is excellent at what she does and well deserving of this award.
