Ena Bachan-Lawrence

Ena Bachan-Lawrence works as the Practice Development Nurse for AL1 and AL2 inpatient wards and has been nominated by her co-worker who wrote of Ena:

‘Where do I start with this lady! Ena is such a pleasure and joy to work with, we started around the same time in August 2008 on AL1. She is a role model to many staff members, students, service users and relatives. Her energy, enthusiasm and drive are so infectious that you feel proud of the work you carry out. From day one she has always strived to complete outstanding work for the benefit of AL1 and the Trust this includes all the motivation for Magnet, Productive Wards, the recent nursing assurance visit where we achieved remarkable results, staff supervision/appraisal and the quality network initiatives. She always goes out of her way and is a major driving force on AL1 and will always be an asset to Older Adults’.
