Congratulations to Eric Schlotter, RN, BSN, from 4 Pavilion at Cook Children’s Medical Center. Here is what some family members had to say about the care of their child:

Eric was very involved in my daughter’s well being.  He went above and beyond to make sure her burn was being treated in any and every way possible.  He was very gentle when cleaning her face and made sure we had everything we needed at any given time.  This hospital should feel very honored to have a nurse with the care and desire Eric possesses.  He made our stay here a lot easier. 

He was always so cheerful and ready to help with everything for my grandson. He deserves this award because he put “nurse” in the true meaning of the word.
