Fei Fei Chen
One of the newly hired nurses on 5 Med/Surg had an exceptionally heavy team one night. Fei-Fei stopped in even though she was not her buddy that night or even in her hall and didn’t just ask if she needed help, but TOLD her she was going to do her blood draws (she had two) and help her pass her medications. She has always been generous with her help and nursing knowledge and that particular nurse not only really appreciated her kindness, but felt that Fei-Fei went above and beyond. Fei-Fei is a great advocate for the new nurses. |
