George Cicolani
George’s nominator – a patient’s daughter – was impressed by all the nurses who treated her dad, but one stood out among them, George Cicolani. George answered all the family’s questions and checked on the patient regularly. Even though the patient was nearly deaf, George spoke to him and involved him in his care – treating him with dignity and respect. And while the nominator commented that George was very knowledgeable, “he explained the information in a way that could be easily understood.”
