“In my mother’s stay in the Critical Care Unit she has been under the care of many capable nurses, to them we thank you. Among the multitude came one that distinguished himself and set himself apart. His knowledge and attention to detail coupled with his compassion of the patient and the patience loved ones has made him one of the best in the field. Being an outsider to the medical profession we are at the mercy of the doctors and nurses to tell us what we do not know. We live by the words that they choose to impart as well as those they chose to leave out. From the beginning to end Glen put these worries to rest. Briefing us daily, he filled in the blanks, what happened that past night, what was going on presently and what the goal was for my mother that day. Most impressive was his work ethics.
