Greta Naig
Not too long ago Greta was taking care of a patient that was already exhibiting signs of postpartum depression prior to discharge. We needed to keep a watchful eye on her throughout the night. The idea caused great anxiety for the patient but Greta took excellent care of her. She reassured the patient and together they agreed on a plan of care that Greta could check on her every 15 minutes throughout the night. Greta kept the patient from leaving AMA study. She is a patient advocate. Greta exhibits the core values of dignity, compassion, and excellence in her patient care. |
