“Heidi heard us discussing our son’s change of medication with the pharmacist. We were in disagreement on the dosage. She said it was no problem to double check the Dr’s orders, although I could tell she was very busy. Turns out there was a discrepancy and the dosage was corrected. Had it not been for her kind and unobtrusive intervention we wouldn’t have caught the “glitch”. She is our son’s main nurse and he loves seeing her as do his dad and I.”
