Jackie Hamaker
A 41 yr. old patient Jackie had taken care of for several weeks was dying. Jackie drove in from home at night to prepare her for the family to see her after the patient finally died. Jackie was very involved with the family and attended the funeral and a organized a fundraiser for them. She showed great caring and compassion each day she cared for this patient and family.
