Jacquelyn Wymard

Jackie recently cared for a hospice patient who was a young woman. The patient had young children and Jackie was very caring and concerned with them. I was also very touched with the gentle and kind way she took care of this patient even while performing post mortem care on this patient. She was so kind and gentle just as if the patient could feel each thing she was doing for her.

Finally, when Jackie left the room, I noticed that she had been crying, because she felt so badly for the children who had just lost their mother. She puts her heart and soul into caring for each patient. She truly deserves this award. We are lucky to have a nurse such as her.
