Jennifer Brasch is a crucial part of the 4West team at Children’s at Egleston. Others tout her as a resource, educator and role model. When sharing her knowledge with patients and their families, her positive attitude is contagious as she helps them to see the positive side of new things and ideas. Jennifer has set herself apart by her commitment to building trusting relationships with each of her patients and their families. She works hard to make each patient feel as if they are the only patient and she makes sure to leave no question unanswered. Jennifer is greatly appreciated by her patients and their families and has received numerous recognitions through “Catch Me at My Best” and Press Ganey surveys. She is also praised by her co-workers, who recognized her for her star behaviors and making a difference. “Jennifer shines at customer service, which is just the tip of everything else she does,” one co-worker said.
