Jessica Hamilton

Jessica is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very kind and always has a positive "can do" attitude. She is incredibly accommodating and loyal to the TSICU. She always agrees to precept new staff without hesitation and excels at this role. All of the feedback from new staff is that she is kind, patient, smart, welcoming and very supportive. She has also taken on the role of charge nurse willingly and again without hesitation. She is a problem solver and works well with all of the staff and nursing supervisors. She is a great role model for the healthy work environment which we want to promote in the TSICU. I wholeheartedly recommend her for this award.

Jessica has developed into an excellent ICU nurse since joining the TSICU. Jessica has the enviable ability of developing great relationships with the most challenging of patients and their families. She is very calm and collected even in the most difficult of situations. She is a very kind and conscientious nurse. Whatever has been asked of Jessica she is able to maintain her professionalism with enthusiasm and good sense of humor.
