Jessica Truesdell

I was transporting a difficult patient back to the burn center when Jessica was about to clock out, she saw that we were struggling, to say the least, with moving the patient. She literally dropped her personal belongings in the hall and helped us get our patient to the room safely. She then helped me place the patient on monitors and took vitals for the patients nurse. She also assisted me with the PCA, which was alarming and causing problems. She was kind, supportive and friendly in all that she did and said, I cannot say enough about how appreciative I am of Jessica and her assistance.

        What was truly remarkable to me was that she did all of this with a smile on her face and was so genuine about helping and seeing that this patient received the best care despite, any obstacles, and the fact that she was supposed to be on her way home 30 minutes earlier on an Friday night.
