Joyce Aspinall

Joyce was nominated by a grateful patient:

I am a 32 year old female with a number of serious medical issues, including type 1 diabetes and end stage renal failure. Beginning early this year I began to experience some strange symptoms and ended up in the hospital. My doctor believed that an insulin pump would improve my situation and referred me to Joyce Aspinall, the diabetes nurse educator. With some new ideas and help in place my life has improved. Joyce has come to see me at my dialysis center to be sure that my insulin pump is working correctly.

Finally, after seven years of medical hell, of being treated as just another case, I feel as if I have a team of health care providers that truly care about me, about my future hopes and dreams, my life and my son. Joyce is here for me. Thank you Joyce and my team at Burlington.
