Julie Lawlor

Julie Lawlor, RN-BC,BSN, Night Charge Nurse, 7 North, is consistently patient focused.  She genuinely considers the patient and their individualized plan of care.  She has been known to sit for long periods at the bedside offering words of compassion and solace to the worried patient or family member.

Julie is a consummate team player and can be counted on to help in any capacity needed.  She is able to anticipate the needs of her staff before they even ask. Julie has volunteered to head numerous projects that have made her unit more productive and efficient, ultimately improving patient and staff satisfaction.  The success of 7North is in part due to her extraordinary dedication to the profession of nursing.
