Julie Loebrick, RN, Surgical Unit, Sanford Health – Fargo, is very deserving of the DAISY award according to her patient’s family member that nominated her: “Julie went above and beyond providing excellent nursing skills. Julie was all the things a good nurse should be professionally. She went above and beyond spending time with and educating my family member on the changes he would be going through following surgery. I believe that because of the time Julie spent with my family member, he is leaving the hospital with less fear, greater hope and excitement for the future, and better tools to make the journey easier.”
