As a recent heart patient at Methodist North, I would like to commend the hospital and staff for their overall excellence, attention to detail, and thorough professional service during my stay. I am an old soldier and your kindness and attention to duty meant so much to me in the healing process. Notably, I would like to commend Jutta Siebert for her excellence, professionalism, and skillful management of my care in such a way as to thoroughly engage in the healing process. Despite her heavy workload, she administered medicine, monitored my progress, and anticipated my every need as if I was her only patient. The efficient manner in which she was able to follow changes in medicines, her flexibility and full knowledge of the combined effects of care, medicine, and treatment, and pride in her work were evident throughout. She was warmhearted and caring, yet highly professional in every way. Her service reflects great credit upon you and your staff and on the Le Bonheur Hospital System. Jutta is the conscientious, caring, skillful caregiver one hopes to encounter during times like this and fosters a feeling of confident optimism in the effectiveness of the plan of treatment.
