Karen Imperiale
A mom who nominated Karen wrote: “My son was diagnosed with ALL in 2009. Karen has been his nurse the whole time. (My son) looks forward to coming to the Bob Costas Cancer Center to see her, regardless of what treatment has to be done that day. Karen has stayed several days with us until 6 or 7 p.m. She treats (my son) like her own child.”
