Ms. Karen Smith, RN, has been part of the Morrisania family since September 2006. During the 3 1/2 years of Ms Smith’s stay at Morrisania, she has demonstrated her dedication and commitment to nursing rendering patient care with tact, professionalism and a smile even in moments of crisis. One can always depend on Ms. Smith to fill in at a moment’s notice whenever there’s short staffing. She graciously assists when other disciplines ask for assistance and ensures that new procedures are implemented as soon as she is in-serviced.
