I just wanted to provide written feedback about Katarina’s walk through sessions at these two independent hospitals…
- Professional at all times; Articulate
- Very knowledgeable in all functional areas and in technical explanations
- Gained client’s trust quickly
- Effectively managed client misperceptions, changing them to positive by end of her walk-through in that area
- Responded to questions efficiently; queried client individuals in non-threatening, thought-provoking manner
I received many positive, spontaneous comments from staff and managers about her help, knowledge, and on and on. This was a difficult project to walk into, given the speed in which it needed to be done and the one project but two separate clients needing to be reviewed.
Katarina shined.
