Where do I begin?!  As a clinical specialty coordinator of Peri-op, it is refreshing to work alongside such an extraordinary Nurse! Kat’s skills are exemplary, but it is her kindness toward patients an associates that truly places her in another league. She is always flexible with her schedule to accommodate the needs of the unit, she jumps in to help without being asked, she is a wonderful resource person for other RN’s - being especially good as a preceptor for new hires, she never complains about her daily assignments and duties and she has a fabulous sense of humor! Above all, her patients love her! 

The “TLC” she provides really makes me proud to call her a member of my team.  Many doctors have expressed how happy they are that it was her caring for a difficult patient, and I  would be more than pleased to have her care for me or one of my family members. Kat it the epitome of a “high performer” and then some!  The day always seems a little brighter with her on the staffing schedule, and I’m hoping she remains with Clarian throughout her nursing career!
