Not only did you spend an enormous amount of time during your shift caring for her as she began to decline, you kept us informed every step of the way. You will never know how very important that is. You are caring, compassionate, and a great communicator and although our mother passed the following morning, we are forever grateful that you were there for her. Bless you.” |
