Kim Dewitt
Recently we had a pediatric patient (5yr old) with a history of abuse, who spent the majority of his life in a closet. His only comfort was found with his friend "the vacuum". After being admitted to the hospital he was very afraid and wanted his vacuum. Kim called her husband and he went to the store and bought a toy vacuum which calmed our little patient. Her immediate concern was to calm his fears and make his stay in the hospital less stressful for him. I love that about Kim! Going above and beyond for our little kids. |
