Krista Augustine
Krista made us feel comfortable, concerned we rested. We didn’t miss doctors on rounds. We felt our son was her only patient. When she did leave, she assured us we weren’t alone. We felt she did what was best for us. She laughed when our son did cute things; cried as he went to surgery; prayed with us, sharing our mutual love of God. Going above and beyond, the passion and joy she brings to work each day made us believe that there was no place she would rather have been than in our room, caring for our son.
