Latoya Compton
My husband presented at ER-South in December in the early evening with severe eye pain. Latoya was kind, up-beat, and compassionate with just the initial greeting. She was empathetic and genuinely concerned, even when my husband’s demeanor was less than stellar because of his pain. Latoya was thorough in her explanation each time she came into the room. She gave us details about the importance of removing the eye-numbing drops from the room because overuse or continued use could cause permanent eye damage. She went above and beyond her job duties as she ensured my husband’s pain level was tolerable before he was discharged.
