Leah Ashley Longwitz
Ashley always exhibits a positive attitude not just towards her patients, but also to co-workers. I was in a room today with her and her patient. The patient was a trauma patient. She spoke to the patient gently and with compassion. There was an observation of the compassion. There was an observation of the patients’ condition and she quickly addressed it with the trauma doctors. She is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure her documentation is excellent. She is a role model.
