Letie Rincon

Kaiser Permanente-Fresno is honored to recognize Letie Rincon as a DAISY recipient.  Letie is one of our MedSurg  nurses and has been a registered nurse for a little over 5 years. Letie was nominated by her co-workers as well as a patient’s family member for the caring experience she provides on a daily basis. Letie’s patients and their families are very pleased with the care that Letie provides, says that she displays both a courteous and a professional practice, that she stands far apart from her peers and is tops in her profession.  Letie’s co-workers, who also nominated her, say that Letie has so many caring moments with her patients that they can’t name just one, her focus is always on her patients’ needs, that she consistently utilizes the multi-disciplinary team approach and “Letie is the nurse that I would want if I were a patient.  I would totally trust her with my life!”  Letie is an extraordinary role model for Jean Watson’s Caring Science approach to nursing care.
