My journey began in the Emergency Room which was sad, hurtful and emotional. If it was not for this nurse and her compassion, listening and trying to understand our issues it would have been even worse. She checked in on us many times and helped the team with us as she did her many duties. I will always have to deal with what happened, but, if not for this nurse, it would have been worse on me and my family. She went above and beyond on her duties for us. Nominated by Mr. Paul S.
